Pros

Co-workers are the only pros about working here

Cons

Under appreciated, rude and inappropriate comments constantly from upper management, turn over is less than 6 months because employees are treated so poorly, make excuses for everything, underpaid and over worked, people in positions of authority have no experience in a lab and are useless, doesn’t care about employees, asks upper management to write good comments on here so people will apply

Pros

Great group of co-workers, exciting growth and bright future for company. Management has recently become more proactive and has taken an increased interest looking to develop employees and promote from within. Good structure and processes are being put into place to be able to handle future growth and size increase. Bright future for this business.

Cons

Growing pains are being felt as workload is very high and employee numbers need to increase; finding good, qualified candidates takes a lot of time. Retaining good employees has also been difficult, leading to too-much on people's plates in the interim or too-long of a work day. Management has taken a recent turn (past 3 months) to address bottlenecks and pay more attention to employee development and employment satisfaction.
