You don't get thrown to the wolves especially as a new agent. First order of business is you go through a new agent "boot camp" so you understand what your doing and conduct business at the highest and most professional level to set us apart from the other companies.

Cons

Maybe implement a system where we could get leads to work instead of finding all our own business. It's just me being lazy but some other companies offer it.

Sit at home all day with a head set and call random people looking for listing leads!

Cons

If I wanted to be a telemarketer I would have taken a position with a salary in a call center!
