      Pros

      The other poor employees who have become my friends. When your in a prison with a tyrant warden, you become good friends with fellow employees.

      Cons

      The worst experience in the workforce I have had in over 35 yrs. A pshyco who runs a business he claims to know so much about but knows nothing. Jacob had an opportunity to make a great company and BLEW it with his ego and greed. He is rude, selfish and soon to be a thing of the past in Houston. Go back to Corpus.

      We are truly sorry that the company was not a good fit. Since your review was written almost two years ago and you have chosen to remain anonymous, it is impossible to comment directly on your specific points. The reality is that today the company has approximately 60 top builder clients, enjoys a nearly 80% market share of new construction condominiums, and a significant market share of luxury townhomes and single family homes. And, at our client's request, we are expanding to two more Texas cities this year. With this success, there really never has been a need to "pay" anyone to write a positive review. Unfortunately it did not work out for you and hope that you have found a more suitable opportunity elsewhere.

      Empire Builder With No Experience

      Whenever you work with people that are also in the same terrible situation as you, you tend to be very close to them.

      The owner of the company Jacob Sudhoff has absolutely no idea how to run a company He changes his mind and makes empty promises He uses people until they wise up Incredibly high turnover

However, the person and company you describe does not represent the company or person today in any way. There has been very little turnover since the date of your review. Our CEO has grown the company to approximately 60 top builder clients.
