I've been working in the industry for 15 years this was not only my worst experience but the most terrifying. Stay away!

Pros

None at all! My life is affected in a very negative way. This is now in the hands of a lawyer. Stay away.

Cons

Everything from being illegal and not paying. Over work load average 70 hours a week and no time off. I have nothing good to say other then my life has been affected in a very negative way. I wish I would had be advise before.

Good co-workers who hate the job as much as you Ability to network with clients

Cons

- Bad management - Bad hours/scheduling - CEO is an awful person - No one is on the same page - Product is not great quality - They make you pay for your suits when you're done wearing them - $600 a month is taken from you before you can make commission

- Not so many at this time, unfortunately.

- The company has taken a heavy toll on an activity level due to having suffered major employee losses following the employment of a new CTO for the IT branch - Toxic work environment ( public shaming or insults directed by the CTO at various employees ) as well as pitting employees against each other in order to avoid being accountable over unsuccessful projects - Major increases in workload without any additional financial benefits - Individuals with questionable characters placed in high positions despite lacking the qualifications - Human Resources collaborates with the same toxic CTO in an attempt to prevent anybody from leaving - The CTO has concealed critical information from the board of executives as well as the CEO.
