- Team peers are a great collective of very passionate and talented professionals.

Cons

- Management tries to squeeze as much of you as possible for as little pay as possible. - Senior pay is definitely one of the lowest in the industry, even though the title responsibilities are comparable with other companies

The product is impressive. Flexible about working from home. Helsinki is a nice city to move to from many other countries.

Cons

Traditional hierarchical, micromanaging and non-trusting company. Incompetent, secretive managers. HR has no formal training whatsoever for what they do. There are no bonuses paid in this company. Frequent layoffs.
