Pros

I would say the employees but since I started most of them got smart and left, most before I left. There are still some dedicated smart people there.

Cons

Integrity is lacking from the owner. There were broken promises and for someone that operates at a high level of integrity I thought the owner would come around. He didn't.

Most knowledgeable company in the industry - NABCEP Accredited company and NABCEP certified employees, closely follows policy which is crucial Passionate, truly hard-working employees. Owner is an electrician by trade, not a CEO looking to make money, but a man on a mission to change the way this world generates electricity.

Cons

Competitors are giving the industry a black eye.
