Pros
The great colleagues and the work flexibility are great elements within this company. Also the level of respect for work-life balance and a one month sabbatical every 3 years are key employee benefits.
Cons
Struggles with cross-department collaboration, no clear focus, too many priorities, a vision that sounds great but is not short-term actionable. A fully male-driven management bring internal company politics into play and creates a tough environment for women to get promoted.
