We appreciate every perspective and would like to provide several factual clarifications to ensure an accurate understanding of how our company operates: - We are intentionally structured as a fully remote company. This setup allows us to hire globally while giving our team maximum schedule flexibility with minimal procedural overhead. - Over 70% of our team is based in Poland, with the rest spread across nine countries, including the US, Austria, Germany, Georgia, and other locations. We maintain a balanced gender ratio in all departments and follow clear diversity and inclusion principles in all our processes. - B2B contracts are used primarily in Poland and are fully compliant with local regulations. Such terms as days off, assistance with accounting services and others are communicated transparently during onboarding. - In line with industry standards, B2B team members usually provide their own equipment. However, we always provide company hardware when requested or when someone's setup didn't meet project requirements. - Annual financial terms reviews and individual development plans are mandatory and have never been paused. Each colleague works with both an HR manager and a Resource Manager. Additionally, team members may request interim reviews at any time if there are concerns about development or feedback. - Our portfolio includes long-term partnerships (8+ years) and new projects. We aim to align each assignment with both business needs and individual development goals. - We strive for transparency and psychological safety. Remote work, however, requires proactive communication, self-direction, and mutual trust. We’ve observed that team members who prefer highly structured, in-person environments or struggle with autonomy may find our model challenging and that’s perfectly okay. This reflects personal work style, not company quality. - Offline corporate events at a large scale have been limited recently, as we prioritized more frequent compensation adjustments. Nevertheless, smaller in-person gatherings are regularly organized across different locations, and we look forward to bringing back full corporate events in the future. - Our offboarding process includes an individualized transition plan and an exit interview.
