There are so many cons of working here. First and foremost, you will have to chase them whole month for your full salary. They without any reason deduct some amount and to get that payment credited you will have to chase them day and night and you will not get proper response from anyone. when comes to salary they are unreachable and by chance you are able to connect with them they will simply say they will provide an update on the issue within a week and this keeps on going endlessly. There is no insurance for the employee. There is no job security. And in the end when you think you are finally leaving the company and won't have to face these issues again, you will be proved wrong as they will hold your final settlement indefinitely. For your peace of mind try to find another job rather than joining any of the Sumeru organization.

Company politics, groupism among team mates , bais-ness , negativity from team leads, doesn't paid salaries for 3 months while kept paying to my other team mates
