I won't say cons but things that can be improved are: * Indian team's involvement towards the goals of Core Team (in UK) could be bettered. * Game Designers should be hired too in the India Studio, this would (kind of) replicate the UK team and eventually this would make the development a bit less dependent on inputs from UK. * A dedicated Technical Artist or two would make life easier for other artists here. * Art team in India should have lesser hierarchy. (Something similar to programming team). Because in my opinion, multiple level of relying the information on what is required yields in more iterations of feedback.
