Pros

1. Free food may be

Cons

1. No one will respect your time. You may get call at anytime of day and night. 2. You will not get a raise because they want to hire an intern whose salary may be more than you. 3. Innovation is dead and all the new projects failed literally all. 4. On call can force you to doubt your life. You may get 100 pages in a single week on call at any time. 5. New people usually left within a year. 6. Management has favourites and they will care for you if you have given 100 hours a week for them. 7. They fired few employees recently and they don't have much cash to operate. 8. Your bonuses will be late every time. 9. Competitors are way ahead of them. 10. Politics is in blood of this organisation. Tenured people will snatch projects from you.

Bad management, idiotic hrs and they have hired stupid people who have no idea of processes or how to streamline them. Be aware and don't make a mistake!

Pros

- Smart engineer in the company. Most of them are coming from tier 1 college and very good companies like amazon, ms, google, adobe, directi so on. - Good company for freshers. - The HR policy is great. - Good learning opportunity, though technology here is a bit outdated here. - Sumo is among very few companies that work on a very large scale distributes system.

Cons

- Poor management. - Except for 1-2 teams, Noida is mostly the maintenance office. Most of the good initiatives will go to RWC if your team is across geo. - Too much salary discrimination. It may possible your 1-2 level junior will be making more than you. And don't be surprised if new college hires having more CTC than 3-5 year experienced engineer. - Politics and toxic culter in some teams. - A lot of red tapes and dying startup culture. - There are some engineering managers who are not at all technical sound..
