      Pros

      The GM really cares about the staff and it shows. The work life balance is amazing and the support you receive from everyone as a team is like no other business.

      Cons

      Homeowners can be tough as they all have their opinions. Being an HOA, residents tend to view employees as the enemy for some reason.
