Pros

I can't think of one.

Cons

There is no supervision of Regional Vice Presidents or DVP, there is no actual training. Disciplinary action instead of training. Live on site? You are an indentured servant!

Pros

Most of the people are super helpful and welcoming. Remote option possibly if you work for the main office. The company is growing and acquiring new business all the time. The outlook is good for them as a whole.

Cons

Unorganized, promote known bullies, push their political agenda on everyone, no work/life balance, the supervisor I had wasn't understanding about being a parent. Busted my butt and got more slaps on the hands than pats on the back. Very little training...thrown into the deep end and if you sink you'll hear about it, if you swim, you won't.

Pros

Decent salary if you are motivated.

Cons

HUGE lack of support from Regional Vice Presidents who are basically District Managers. Was directly told by upper management that we are just numbers to them. Unrealistic goals set forth constantly and when not met upper management covers their own rear end. This company traps managers from leaving by offering them a 'free' community home to reside in. If you are terminated you must vacate within 30 days, if you quit, immediately. Prepare for 70 hour work weeks and anti-anxiety meds with no positive feedback from your supervisor.
