Pros
There are no legitimate pros to speak of. In general any perks offered to employees are eventually revoked or cut back and there are no educational opportunities or opportunities for real advancement.
Cons
Expectations far too high, pay far less than industry standards across the board, chaotic and highly stressful enviroment, inadequate benefits, inefficient process implementation and maintenance. Management has no concern for employee satisfaction.
