Things were decent when I was an employee. That was so because they needed the profile needed someone educated and erudite enough, unlike regular employees in call centers (no offence) who was willing to work an odd shift. In short, they didn't have a choice but to be decent employers.

Cons

By and large they are exploitative. I don't think a single regular employee was happy working at this sham of an office. Of course, I am not talking about 'Managers'. They have few people who will stick around this place for an eternity. As for me, they simply refused to give me my f n'f payment. The only solace is, the amount wasn't big enough. And I an thankful that I at least got my exit papers in order. They don't bother to do that for most employees. Oh, and now they have 'positive employee reviews' on their FB page. Who are you fooling, eh?

This review is based on my 1year and 4 months in this organization. Good working environment, helpful management, weekends off(atleast for the worm I do). Competitive work pressure. Very helpful and transparent HR team. I was in urgent need of some cash due to some family emergency and the organization helped me with salary advance. The current managers of our team handles the team & overall everything pretty well from smallest of issues to major ones. Always there to help no questions asked very rational and unbiased. The organization does provide health insurance for the sum of 1lakh through Icici Prudential. We also have an amazing team in the US office and they are always there to help us when required. To sum it all up, yes i am very happy working for Sun Knowledge/Go Telecare.

Cons

Where there is so much of good there has to be bad & negative stuff too but I am pretty sure those bad point are negligible. The ones to complain about have already been taken care by the management.
