1. If you can crack jokes to CEO, you are welcomed to settle with family and friends 2. If you can play politics there will be less work load and may get promoted
Cons
1. Old technologies used 2. Most of the employees are related playing dirty politics, for new employees it's gonna be torture 3. Not a single employee from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges 4. Higher management is the dead weight to company, they only pressurize the employees 5. Company has no office space 6. Dumb management doesn't know what is leading the team 7. Kiddish employees behaving like they work with google 8. You are only distinguished based on your region, religion or language
