Right from MD , Everyone is comfortable performing 4 level down responsibilities. President of SFL is very comfortable in chasing daily turnover like module heads. He is totally ignorant on strategic business planning. God only save the company

Good growth, they make your responsible for your work areas, opportunity to learn and explore. Good policies.

Cons

Slow in adapting latest technologies and trends. Sometimes too much of pressure because of manpower constraints. Poor promotion policy as an employee has to be wait for three to six years to move to the next level.
