- Growing at a crazy rate - Feel good knowing you’re helping people through hemp
Cons
- Management can be unpredictable and hostile if you do something to get on their bad side - This was a startup so a lot of employees are not actually qualified for their positions but have just been there from the beginning - Its known that most employees are underpaid

Good for getting your foot in the door within the cbd/cannabis industry There are a lot of women who work in both upper corporate as well as in the stores It is fun if you're willing to put in the work to learn about CBD
Cons
corporate is VERY strict and VERY conservative (think Christian values) pay is LOW, regardless of if you're a manager or not. training is NOT good whatsoever, a lot of the learning I did was in my own down time due to each one being owned by different franchisees, some owners are chill, some aren't.
