      Sole Proprietorships No job description Lack of structure (If any one will be join,he/she will be leave same day/week itself, because of poor infrastructure & environment , worst work culture) uncertainty instability Lack of leadership. unprofessional , unethical. No appreciation. No process.

      Only some departments are good.

      Cons

      No respect for the junior. No proper work culture. Seniors treat the juniors like trash. If we tell them something they will treat the opinion as trash and disregard it. If we get trapped in there, then we lose our respect and mental health for the lifetime.
