segmented across office space, difficult to commincate with coworkers

The management in the engineering department is horrible. They don’t understand what It takes to run a real TV & film studio. They would rather be top heavy with engineering maintenance rather than use in house skilled union labor. They don’t support the tv/film industry union labor they have at the studios. The executive management team who oversees the studios is stuck up and have no respect for lower level employees. Most of their experience comes from managing office buildings and not Hollywood studios.
