Where to start…. The owner of the company is hot headed and literally tried to fist fight people at the clients house. The drafting department doesn’t know how to draw a set of plans properly. Major turn over rate with project managers. They try to pin employees against each other. They try to twist your words. The owner will record conversations with employees and clients without them knowing about it. To much Facebook drama. They ask you to lie to the clients about certain fasts. They offer a “discount” but tack it right on the top of the overall price. They micromanage, give no guidance, and treat people like they are expendable. No business organization, no “real” titles. Constantly demoting people.
