      Pros

      Free bananas. Working 10 minutes away from the beach.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. They will not pay their employees according to legal regulations. Ridiculous workload. The stress levels are out of the chart in high season. Supervising team is incapable of dealing with labour conflict. Zero communication between the company and the staff. Exhausting night shifts. And a looong etcetera...

      Location near Estartit in costa brava

      Cons

      This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They don't care about people, not employees nor customers. They only care about numbers. In fact, right now their employees are on strike claiming the readmition of the ppl they have unfairly fired and the money they've been stolen from them. I hope the management team learns some ethics and starts treating ppl as human beings.
