    Pros

    They have a great training program. They offer medical and dental benefits along with a retirement program. Guaranteed pay. Locations may be different because of different franchisees. Find a good one and stick with it. You get out of it what you put it. If you work hard you will make money. If you show up and do the minimum you’ll get the minimum.

    Having to work with people that don’t have the same work ethic as you

    Loved working under the old franchisees, bonuses were great, steady pay increases

    Cons

    Being management wasn’t great, no family time and constantly being called for something when I was off. I had to work around everyone’s schedule preferences. New owners cut my pay $4 an hour.

    Allot! Can't have the same days off. Can't have A set schedule. Can't have weekends off. Doesn't play enough for everything you have to do.
