Pros

to be honest , dont join here on a payroll for this technical support jobs. they sue you immediately, no job security

Cons

Nothing to say, Its technical support role to behead Indians. I haven't received my salary since I am working here for almost 2 years. Toxic environment and clients make you to listen to this organization at any cost otherwise they will screw you and your professional life.

This doesn't sound like us, we pay everyone every month on time everyone, take pride in ensuring the environment is as good as possible and have never sued anyone. This is obviously a prank review.

Pros

Ability to make extra money with your FTE job. Opportunity to meet new people.

Cons

1.VERY unstable - one simple mistake, missed meeting due to technical difficulties and you are given the boot. 2.Slow email responses by HR team - they can reach you, but you send them something for a reply, you will never get it. 3.No consideration for adults who have to attend to children 4.No guarantee of employment even after selection for work 5.Clients can dismiss you or not require your service if they dont like you or you make mistake

Pros

Took a chance on a random Facebook ad with support adventure. Best decision i've ever made! Compensation against anything else here in South Africa is astronomical You get to work from home and the employees are all like-minded individuals and are all hard working. It's truly been a life changing experience No more worrying about travelling to work or barely scraping by I now get to live a VERY comfortable life. Even if i want to go on holiday it's not an issue since i can work wherever i want as long as i can get connected to the systems. Absolutely LOVE it.

Cons

None that i can think of.
