7yWe are very sorry that things did not work out for you in the 8 weeks that you were with the company. We gave you every chance to progress, gave you training in the role and supported you during your probation period. However, unfortunately, sometimes people do not have the right skills and / or attitude to succeed in a particular role, and this was the case in this instance. Regrettably, you did not fit in with the rest of the team in what we are proud to say is a very friendly and professional organisation. We wish you well in whatever you choose to do next.
