- Flexible Work from Home Policy and hours - Fun environment with room for humor (without being too distracting) - Fair compensation options - Opportunity to take ownership over real business challenges for the company & clients
Cons
It's a startup :P So occasionally it becomes "all hands on deck" and direction can change quickly. Flexible hours mean you need to have some ability to self-manage your projects.
