Pros

The prone is nothing as such. In comparison to other reviews I will provide detailed insight of company. 1) At high level company has 2 depts. 1) operations 2) Development 2) Those who served in company for minimum 3 years in Operations department get opportunity to go to U.S. from January to March. ---(This review might feel it like heaven, but once you would read cons you will feel this review as hell) 3) From development team as well they provide onsite opportunity only & only during this period of January to March. (Again, this review might feel it like heaven, but once you would read cons you will feel this review as hell)

Cons

1) The company has a notice period of 3 months. 2) However, if the company feels that you are not required then they will fire you anytime without any prior notice. The worst treatment is such that once you are fired you will be not allowed to even reach your desk. You will be asked to wait at reception and they will give you all your belongings at the reception. 3) The above point remains the same even if you would have served for a longer duration with the company. 4) The Pros of onsite opportunity turns out to mess and gets converted once you reach at U.S. , because the duration in which employees are sent to onsite is the Tax season. The employees are forced to work for 10 -12 hours a day at onsite. Even they compulsory work on Saturdays with no comp-off for saturday working. 5) In India too saturdays are made as compulsory working from January to March. You will not be paid even a single compoff or any extra perks for working on saturdays. The company doesn't provide any extra allowances for working on saturdays. 6) The minute level monitoring is such that the company has monitoring people who will constantly monitor on employees through cameras, and also in personal by visiting each and every desk. 7) The Indian Management likes to have such minute level monitoring. 8) The H.R. policies are such that I cannot comment over here right now. 9) Your growth structure is not so good. 10) You will find employees who are since 8 -10 years in organization, but frankly speaking they are in the organization because they donot have that level of knowledge and confidence to switch other organizations and the main thing is they wants to be in their comfort zone. 11) Politics from Management & HR is at such huge level that you will forget about the other politics within the team. 12) The company is really worst when you leave the organization. My experience has been the worst.
