      Pros

      There are virtually no benefits to working for this company. They are very desperate, beware of corporate partners who only care about money.

      Cons

      Company Benefits and ethics are poor and corporate employees and owners are best described as uneducated bullies. Patient care is an afterthought and poor quality.

      Doctors were awesome and motivated

      Cons

      Micromanagement was over the top, Not able to send an email or have an honest conversation with on site staff and physicians without fear of repercussions! Reports were over the top, not enough time to take care of daily needs of patient care.

      Pros

      A lot of freedom and flexibility at a center level. If you know what you are doing, you can independently run your center with support of your surgeon partners. Able to build your own team and the management your center the best way that works for you.

      Cons

      Micromanagement on things that do not matter. SurgCenter is desperate for Regional Directors and hire people who do not know what they are doing. We have had multiple RD's and the admins are constantly training them on how to work for SurgCenter.
