The family culture here is easily the best part. The owners, managers, and coworkers all communicate regularly and with such a positive attitude. They allow for so much creative freedom, opportunities to succeed and fun objectives to work towards. They truly care about you and treat you like a family member.

The reason I chose to work for Surmesur was to be able to work in the fashion industry while maintaining my goals to work in an environment with strong sustainable values. I am able to utilize my creative side when working with clients to design the perfect garment that "suits" their style. I design items from formal wear to denim to trench coats. My days consistently fly by which I enjoy. I feel valued as an employee. Surmesur has several locations in which you can reach out to team members when seeking advice on fabrics, designs or measurements. I feel there is a lot of room for you to be able to grow in the company. There are some health benefits. It is a full time position. There are 3 weeks of vacation. There is also an annual appreciation trip that employees can win. Overall I am very happy with working at Surmesur. They have a supportive team. A strong training program. I can see my personal growth on a weekly basis. I have also been able to strengthen many skills and have been able to learn many new skills on the fly.
