Pros
Hours aren't bad; management generally strolled in around 10 and left usually before 5, so when they weren't around, employees were much more comfortable and able to get work done
Cons
The management is awful. I would say their biggest weakness is their inability to manage people and build a team that people want to work for. They are petty, mean, and unfair. They will give assignments to employees and the only critique they will provide is "that's not what I was picturing in my head," and ask people to redo things until it mirrors what they had in their head. Sometimes, their ideas are not possible, and they were very harsh. They often locked themselves in the conference room and got mad if anyone wanted to ask them a question or needed their help. They made disparaging comments about employees personal lives and appearances at times. Generally, the company was not doing that well, so it wasn't a great place to try and build up a career.
