Pros

Being a small company got to learn many things. Got an opportunity to work as a Business analyst and a project coordinator. My involvement was throughout the SDLC so got exposure of handling various teams and driving them.

Cons

NO transportation, US shift timings, no proper guidance, adhoc processes , no company values and ethics, not a good work culture. Some developers paid 1 lakh in this company to get training on Business Intelligence but they dint got any training and also they were fired from the company without giving their money back.

There is lot to learn but you can learn the same things in other companies also.

Cons

Very bad for freshers because for freshers there is lots of rules and regulations.They sign a bond from freshers. Management is very poor and Appraisal Strategy is also very bad. They fire employees anytime even if you have done good contribution towards the organisation.Even girls have to stay late night without any type of security.
