      Pros

      A couple of very good people in the department A huge amount of different technologies to get your teeth into

      Cons

      Exceptionally poor commuication given the overall size of the department Exceptionally poor organisation given the overall size of the department Exceptionally poor planning for projects given the overall size of the department The 'protected few' can do as they please regardless of workload or company policies Blame-culture and management dictator-like environment Expectation of additional hours (although paid for) to complete tasks with little or no appreciation

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, whilst we are disappointed to hear some of the comments, we are glad to have the opportunity to learn from this and make improvements that are necessary. We have already made some significant changes to our IT department and look forward to being able to make working for Suttons IT Team a positive one. It's never nice to hear that a colleague thinks that you are failing them, so we will endeavor to make things right and we welcome the chance to now create a harmonious working environment for everyone.       Bleed for them, they'll bleed for you. Good pay.

      Why the hell should anyone have to bleed for the company they work for?

      Pros

      This place could be for you if you are looking at "just do this" management style. Also, if you are able to suck up your boss, have a yes sir altitude - this place is for you even you take your work easily.

      Cons

      Really bad Political environment. Was under a manager who provide no proper orientation, no inclusion of emails, zero 1 on 1 introduction and minimum work interaction/ engagement. Lots of non work related talks during working hours. No sense of fulfillment and hence unable to attract talent. Only join the company if you are okay to bootlick, definitely not an open environment which measure your capability objectively. You will get out of the door with no bootlick, but you can climb high with it with average/ below average performance
