SwagUp is dying a slow, painful death. It is so disorganized and all the systems are breaking. Quotas are unattainable and they will lay you off without warning like they have done 3+ times to dozens of people. C-Suite is full of a bunch of egotistical people who don't care about their employees. They don't know what they're doing and will mow you over if you bring up any issues. (All the good reviews on GD are from Senior Management and C-suite)

None as of today! Some folks might refer to work-life balance, IMO it depends on time management, discipline and organization. You control it and your team will support it.

Unless you're an Account Executive, you'll never get any recognition or paid adequately for any work and time that you've put into the company. Leadership isn't interested in hearing from the people who talk to customers every single day, they're really only interested in you executing their plans, even if they haven't worked in the past. I never felt like any of the work I did was noticed or important to anyone outside of my immediate team. There is little to no honest communication from leadership and if you do press for answers, you'll be met with corporate buzz words that ultimately mean nothing. If you're also interested in working for a socially conscious company, this is not the place! Leadership says they're interested in social causes, but really there's no action behind these sentiments. Similarly, leadership says they care about employee well being, but also don't encourage employees to take any time off and it quickly leads to burnout. The leadership team is more interested in being the next Amazon and being seen as a "bootstrapped" Jeff Bezos than actually creating a good company culture for its employees.

They should adjust the pay scale higher for their employees.

Corporate management, communication, mostly everything

CEO has no education or business experience (and proudly tells people this often) Management are wonderfully transparent (till things are not going well. Then you know layoffs are coming)
