Pros

When you come to Sweet Fish, the team makes sure that you understand that each and every member is valuable and cared for. I have never been a part of an organization that has felt genuine in its positive treatment of employees before working with Sweet Fish. If you are looking for an organization to grow with, this company has plenty of opportunity to do so; whether in your current position or by moving into management. This isn't a company that has amazing window dressing as a luring tactic; this is a genuinely empathetic company that puts its money where its mouth is with amazing benefits and competitive pay.

Cons

Not really a con for me, but if you are not used to a remote environment or do not work well from home, then Sweet Fish is not for you. You need to be able to communicate efficiently and be able to work across time zones.

Pros

Fellow teammates were great and very supportive. The podcasting space and clients were cool.

Cons

- Stressful to implement new ideas or directions from the Leadership Team what seemed like every week. - The Leadership Team made decisions that didn't seem ethical. Female team members don't last long there. - It felt like company values were constantly talked about but undermined by the actions of leadership. - Constant changes pushed down to the team made for a very unstable work environment. - No clear expectations and never had a job description. Goalposts shifted regularly. - Felt like staffing decisions were at the whim of the CEO and not based on merit.

environment became toxic, if you don't make in to the all white all male inner circle you can forget about real raises/recognition
