Sweet Tech AS (soon to be Ohdoki AS) used to be a company where you could find people from different nationalities, co-workers were fun and the common goals of the company were great.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO INVEST, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST The owners messed up on everything: - They started overspending investor's money and did not control the finances of the company. - As some of the investors pulled out, the owners started to cut people and forced some of the remaining employees to accept salary reductions. - They invited the employees to invest and some of them did it. Once they invested, the company decided to furlough some of them a few months after. About the company: - The working environment is super toxic, they love to point to people all the time and never take responsibility. - Team work doesn't exist. - Salaries are low. - Controversies between employees that get reported to management, never get attended. Management simply doesn't care of the well being of the employees.

Sweet Tech is a great company to be a part of. It is still small but growing fast and has a lot of potential. I specially appreciate their commitment to diversity and to employee well-being. Leadership puts the people first and lives by the values of the company
