After four years of hard work(more than 11 hours a day) they recruited a new head of engineering, and he replaced me with a former coworker of his who gave less value to the company bc she did not function as a developer, under the claims that I didn't have the required skills for the company. I was one of the first to develop and create new features with AWS and Python (*the relevant skills for the company) and the one who made the most stable and comprehending feature in the system. The new head of engineering kept telling lies about me and the COO\HR (yes, they are the same person :\ ) who knew me four most of the time kept buying them.
