Pros

The WFH culture results in a lack of formalised obligations Only 2 to 3 hours of work per day.

Cons

The company is rapidly losing customers. A poor product-market fit is manifested by a low customer retention rate There is no predetermined budget for anything and even a $10 purchase needs the CEO’s blessing The company does not promote internally and instead makes unsubstantiated and false promises about future promotions. There is no possibility of career advancement A sales staff that is incapable of performing fundamental responsibilities Company is run like a sole proprietorship Insulting and disrespectful behavior towards employees

We appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow from reviews, unfortunately, this review appears to be false and targeted by a malicious individual. There is a lot of anger and hate in the world and we are not interested in taking part. Getting upset only gives power to that individual and we wouldn't think of doing that. We are building a strong company full of amazing team members, and we serve customers who truly love what we have created. We have flagged this with GlassDoor and they have removed some posts and are investigating others further. We encourage whoever is reading these reviews to use critical thinking and a little curiosity and dig deeper than these reviews. We will be just as curious to get to know you and your goals and ambitions.

Pros

Even though higher leadership despises working from home, it is beneficial to employees

Cons

The CEO doesn't know what he's doing. There is no training or coaching available of any kind Horrible backstabbing and snitching culture everywhere. Teammates who only point the finger at each other and offer no solutions

Pros

you can do side gigs easy due to remote work culture

Cons

Too many company culture red flags self-serving functional managers who are a pain to work with no leadership with everyone looking to each other for direction an incompetent ceo who makes ad hoc decisions without consulting anyone some very toxic people in senior positions no job security whatsoever a lot of ego and a do as I say mentality not open to any kind of feedback or suggestions compensation is kept in line with pay scale in Nova Scotia which is not competitive if you working remotely from Toronto, Vancouver or any other major metropolitan area in north america
