      Very polished onboarding. Co-workers are driven and employee ownership seems to permeate to a good attitude.

      Haven’t had a con yet. Still in honeymoon phase.

      100% employee-owned. 401(k) matching. No two days are the same. Strong culture and sense of community. Extremely diverse. Upward mobility.

      Cons

      Weekend work (not atypical for the industry).
