My four years at SwingSearch was an incredible experience! The entire team is amazing, and I'm grateful for the leadership from Jennifer, Mandy and Debbie. I wish the entire team the best of luck, no better company to work for in the startup exec search industry!

Cons

Fully remote can be difficult over time, and I know the leadership team is working to set up more in-person get togethers. Getting the team together more frequently will go a long way to continue to build and foster an amazing company culture!

Lovely people, great money, no micromanagement, leaders that care

Cons

Sometimes remote working is isolating, no 401K match, when the market is down like it has been there are less searches to go around and the pressure of bringing in business is stressful
