Hmmm where shall we start?
1- Staff turnover is ridiculously high! I have never seen so many consultants come and go in my life!
2-Bullying is at an all time high for this company. It is almost as though they thrive on it.
3-If you do not drink alcohol or use narcotics then don't bother joining this agency.
4-London office infested with mice and they choose to do nothing about it, wether it's cleaning mice faces off the desks every other day or finding half eaten food, that doesn't seem to be enough for them to do anything about it!
5-Expect to NOT be recognised for doing your job, those who do not fulfill their duties are recognised only for the pure fact that there is favouritism in this company.
6-Be very wary of who you can trust in the offices. Once you speak to one person, the whole office finds out.
7-Top Management do not know how to treat or act appropriate around women which can also be seen as harassment. I am very surprised that no one has filed any claims thus far.
8-Management do absolutely nothing except for have meetings every hour instead of actually helping their team.
9-Management spend Thursday and Friday afternoons in the Pub for hours drinking and then come back to the office drunk trying to make calls to clients. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
10-There is absolutely no proper training and you are just thrown in and expected to have results right away.
11-No HR department, they claim to have one of which involves one person in the office whom is not HR trained so i'm not sure how that one works out!
There is far too much to write about for this company which I do not have enough time in the world to do. All I can tell everyone is to stay far away!
