    I worked at SyberPlace

    Pros

You will have ample time to browse social networking sites and make new friends because there is no work to do at SyberPlace.

    Cons

This is not a company. It is a deserted room with nothing to learn. You can sleep and no one cares.

    Advice to Management

Shut down this company and do not waste the time of the employees who want jobs. Don't fool around.

    Pros

They Offer high package with awesome incentives. Challenging environment. Even a peon is treated with high regards.

    Cons

They Offer high package with awesome incentives (with no intention to pay because they have no sales, no investors, no vendors and payment gates as well as banks are after the neck of the CEO since they are in debt of over 2 crores as on December 2016). Challenging environment (since irrespective of your qualification, work profile and PQE, you will be involved in software design, customer care and even legal... matters. Additionally, every day either police will call for the CEO asking money and you will be asked to convince them that the CEO is a honest man will pay THEIR money within 15 days). Even a peon is treated with high regards (cuz there were only 5 employees CEO, President, one MBA lady, one lawyer and one peon after I left. Even the security providers had withdrawn their services since they were not paid since 4 months. Sweeping, dusting etc. was carried out by a house help of CEO, that too once a week).

    Pros

i wish there were any pros to this company. I cannot list any if there were any. hopefully some would find this review helpful and save themselves

    Cons

a long list to begin with. If you value yourself as a human being, do yourself a favor and not join this company. it will save you the headaches and a mentally stable life. worst HR policies ever. Salary is to be paid on time and not 15-20 days later after the issue was raised. employees are human not machines, long working hours is stupid, it only shows how in efficient you are as a company. the sooner you... understand that everyone in the supply chain is your friend the better your company will be. Dont be uptight and have your head up you owns bottom.

    Advice to Management

Shut it down. 8 years and close to 100% attrition rate year on year and no one "TRUST" your brand as far as your Slogan goes.

    I worked at SyberPlace

    Pros

I have learned that IIT / IIM have a degree without brains. They are very confident in doing nonsense. Anuj the VP is such an example. You have to work without salary. The CEO Urvesh thinks he is a General, running a special ops unit. but has no talent, brains, attitude, expertise or even interest in doing it. Here's what happened to their Bangalore office, They didn't pay rent for 3 months so the building owner... kicked us out after 3 months of non payment and kept their deposit (which was equivalent to 3 months rent) and some stock valued at 80,000 rs to be adjusted towards committed monthly bills and facilities. The awesome part is that the management still thinks that the deposit must be returned and not be adjusted towards rent as its technically called "deposit" but completely fails to understand this happened only coz they didn't pay their rent. In their minds everyone is bad but they are awesome. The CEO used company money and bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid 2016 model in Hyderabad in black color. On road price of around 40 lakhs, this was paid in full at the purchase but when it comes to paying salaries its always delayed. Salary delays have been happening since 3 yrs regularly and after calculating the total payouts annually i realize that instead of getting 12 payouts in a year you get around 5 to 7 payouts depending on your position or priority. Basically 2-3 months delay between payouts is a regular and a normal scene. They also bought an Innova in 2016 in dark grey color in Hyderabad using company money stating that this is for employees to travel around for work. they have used both the vehicles to come to Bangalore.

    I worked at SyberPlace

    Pros

    - You will be placed among top management of the company, because there would only be 5-6 people in the company (This point has been added to 'Pros' because Glassdoor asks for minimum 20 words.

    Cons

    - 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, calls on weekoff - Salary: They do not give salary to any of the employees. (They proudly say, "We share the compensation structure, but we never said that you would get your salary") - Because of work hours, you don't get time to apply elsewhere. - They don't even pay/refund to their partners and customers, who call and harass employees. Since the employee is given the... responsibility to handle partners, it drives you mentally insane. - They would never give you experience letter. - 2008 established, (so called) company, has 5-6 employees including CEO - Rest you can imagine.
