Good Work life balance, excellent training and development opportunities, ample time to work out your personal and career goals, good benefits for personal well being and family, good bonus every year

Egoistic managers, need to showcase your work and reach out to them even if you are not doing anything. Bootlicker, talkative and story teller people will have a heavenly time here.

Pros

Earlier, the work culture at Sycomp was collaborative, supportive, and employee-friendly. Teams worked well together, and there was a positive environment that encouraged growth and learning.

Cons

Over the past few years, especially after the new Country Manager joined the India operations, the workplace culture has significantly deteriorated. Leadership style has created dissatisfaction among employees, and concerns raised internally often seem to go unheard. Many employees feel management is reluctant to address these issues due to internal relationships and favoritism at higher levels.
