Long days expected with zero reward.

Backward looking organisation that live of their former glories delivered by people that no longer work there and haven't for years and don't have any idea about current market perceptions of Symatrix (which are extremely poor) even when told they are too arrogant to listen anyway.
Growth stagnated and going backwards.
No training when position themselves as market leaders in what they do, refuse to invest in skilling up employees unless it's a free course.
Wide spread unrest amongst the workforce with nobody daring to speak out about where Management is going wrong.
Wrong people in the wrong positions of power making decisions badly on behalf of the business.
The people that actually have got the business to where it is today have now either left or are completed under appreciated.
