Pros

Great company to start your career, you get a chance to work on live projects/campaigns which helps you to actually test your knowledge. Best thing here is the team workwhich enables you to learn something new everyday and work more efficiently. I guess its the only place to give study time in your working hours just so you can grow more and more. Office parties are great fun.

Cons

Management is great here. Seniors are very cool, no cons are there as per me.
