Symmetry Software is passionate about their employee's well-being. They not only offer benefits that go above and beyond the norm. They also push all of the employees to continue learning and excel while also celebrating each team members accomplishments. They also encourage everyone to have a healthy balance of work and life.
Cons
Sometimes the office can be quiet, and people like to work with headphones in, so if you wanted a very social or loud office this might not be that type of place. The culture and the environment are still very collaborative and fun. We also have many planned social events like Wednesday company lunches and the occasional ping pong tournaments that get everyone socializing.
