Pros
None, there is absolutely nothing beneficial of working here. The location is awful, the environment is awful, and the people are awful.
Cons
No one really knows what they are doing but they expect you to do something. The owner does not know the basics of running a company, the product is defective, and the company is actually run by a 24 year old, petty, little girl. If you are not Russian than be prepared to be referred to as any derogatory term they can come up with about your race that day. The girl responsible for marketing has a degree in accounting but cannot write a check. They hire and fire someone new every three weeks but do not know what positions they are filling. Truly a bizarre place.
