The CEO had a short fuse and was prone to emotional outbursts. Also, the believability of his patient commitment claims was questionable when compared to his actions. High pressure work environment that led to considerable employee turnover.

Pros

Tons of responsibility, faced paced, get-it-done sort of atmosphere. If you can handle being "on" most of the time, it's a great place to learn and accelerate in your career. It's very high energy, but I can honestly say that I really love working here. If you're not high energy, motivated and actually care about your job, it;ll be a tough place for you.

Cons

There's never enough time. For anything. Sanj is actually a good CEO, however, he is VERY high energy and high maintenance. If you have trouble working with that personalty type, this company won't hesitate to chew you up and spit you out.

The people, programs, and pace are unmatched by any company. CEO Sanj Patel is fun to work with and I like the challenges he creates

Not many. Environment is one of high visibility/high accountability. If you focus on your job and do it well, good things will follow

There is a ton of work here--never boring. But if you know your stuff and like to add value--this is the place for you. Plus the science is amazing. The company is very professional and people are a great mix from other successful biotech. All have great ideas and seem to mix well.

Lots of work!!! Little time to take a breath. But if you like that sort of environment it's very rewarding.

Most of the senior management including the CEO are not trustworthy. The Company is not worth a penny because the product is not going to hot the market due to rareness of the indication and competing with existing products. The Company will spend more money in the sales than profit.
