Pros
Working culture is very open and friend and supportive. Everyone supports here. If you are performing very good then you get exceptional growth here. I am mainlining my personal life also along with my work in Synapse since years as no one ask here to stay back for long hours. Finish your work and leave. People are wonderful here in terms of technology i.e. crème people of technology where you get solution of each and everything. If you have any non technical(personal or professional) problem, then management is always available to give you a solution. There is no partiality and no politics here. There is a great respect to employees here at all level which I have always seen since I joined. This is a policy and process oriented company where the work is being done as per defined processes and not as per your seniors in their own way. This is the company where I have really seen CMMI level implemented at all levels otherwise other companies implement CMMI and never follows this. Company gives chance to everyone to grow which is the only reason company is growing like anything every year in terms of projects/profits/employees etc. Lot of employee engagement activities (outdoor trips/events etc) are here which I always enjoyed. I have seen everyone here with long time and my colleagues are working here since several years and even they don't want to change now.
