Amazing product that sells itself, great people in certain departments, fun visits on real sets.

Micro managerial culture, does not value employees as humans, favoritism, only “one way” of doing things.

Cons

I have yet to experience any negatives with SyncOnSet. The only thing would be that I was not accustomed to the kind of work environment they foster, but now that I am, I love it!
