Good for School Lovers

Pros

1. Salary 2. Learned More Technologies 3. If you worked at-least 6 months you can able to work anywhere in world

Cons

1. You can't expect work-life balance here. 2. This is like a school. They have started 9AM one man stand near in office entrance(Actually he is a part of manager) and check whether employee wear shoe, tuck like that and send mail to entire managers who they didn't follow those things. 3. They introduce the lot of rule even boy should not touch other boy also you can't able to take a rest/break even 5 minutes u can't go to the break with your co-workers. 4. The actual office time 9 to 6. But no one followed this. if some one went earlier 4th day the reported manager raise the one bug at 5.55PM and told like 'This is the important issue u should fix before leaving company'. But that issue even it will not move to release / production. 5. HR and Finance. even government employees are better than 1000 times If can't able to come office with shoe due to rain they told like, "no pblm we will give carry bag you should take your shoe and wear inside the office"... Finally i am saying bottom of my heart to new joiner Syncfusion is Good Company (rofl). You didn't expect other than salaries and Technology.

Pros

Salary is the only best known pros of this firm & and also you can gain knowledge in a short period provided with n number of resources and guidance.

Cons

1. They have some timing rule Permission and Late's this looked crazy for me on my first day @ office. coz i never had such thing in my previous organization. 2. The dress code is totally disgusting , men's to be in formal and we don't even have a client visit ongoing through out a week. 3. The break room advertising in the company agenda should be removed and please try to make some bigger space for that which really irritates. 4. They say their timing is a flexible one , 9-6 is never been a flexible one better HR department should undergo a training for what is flexible timings. 5. They don't provide a relaxation area not even a Table Tennis || Carrom || not even a t.v but still they need a dev to work fortnight without any kind of fun or diversion. 6. Work environment and work culture has never been good till date , near by person wont even utter a word and still people would say try to get know each other. 7. Work life balance is 0 in this firm, all they need is product should be shipped on time , they dont even care about the man behind the works either he is dead or alive. 8. They don't make a team outing or dinner , no perks except a useless coffee machine and refrigerator. 9. The senior management is really a ***** they don't even listen to what we say and what exactly our needs are.

* Salary will be more than in MNCs. * Opportunities to work on latest technologies. * Two hike per annum (10% max) and two catch ups on 1st and 3rd year (40% max) will make you to feel like a millionaire, yeah you will get minimum 20calls from bank person for credit card and personal loans with special rate for syncfusion employees. * Quick next steps in designation.

Cons

* Zero work life balances. * No work from home. * No proper MBA graduates as HRs who will not think anything from employee side. They have made some silly minor management policies as below which will not even 1% useful for improving either management or employee rather it makes only frustration. 1. Break room policy. - shouldn't go to break area with group (more than 2 persons). - Your manager will warn you like a textile shop supervisor. 2. Relationship policy. - should not have relationship with colleague. (But most of the senior resources had already done it). Any one of you have to relieve from office. 3. Outing policy. - You should require minimum 30 persons for going outing with colleagues. You will really become a politician if you complete this mission.
